Chief Executive Officer
Nick Mercier, is the Chief Executive Officer of Macy Industries, Inc. Nick is the second generation of the Mercier family to lead and develop the family business. Nick spent his summers working at Macy until he graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2002 where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. When not at work he enjoys outdoor actives such as car racing, riding motorcycles, skiing, and sailing. Nick is most passionate about spending time with his wife Amy and their three boys.
Vice President of Operations
Matt Bravar is the Vice President of Operations of Macy Industries, Inc. Matt plays a vital role at Macy and has been since 2003. Matt graduated from The University Of New Hampshire in 2002 with a mechanical engineering degree. When not at work, he enjoys outdoor actives such as hunting, fishing, and camping. Matt is most passionate about spending time with his family.
Paula Nickerson is the Financial Controller at Macy Industries. She is a CPA and brings to her role twenty-five years of knowledge and experience in accounting, financial reporting and analysis, taxation, HR, and management from diverse industries. Paula received her BS in Accounting at the University of Maryland University College and started her career in the Washington, DC office of Ernst & Young. She moved back to her home state of New Hampshire to settle down and raise her two sons who are now a senior in college and a senior in high school. Paula has a great passion for her work and spends a good part of her free time volunteering at her church in a finance role. Paula also provides help to her family and friends with their small business books and tax preparation. She does relax on occasion and enjoys going to the theatre, museums, live music venues, and the beach, as well as hosting family and friends at her home in Nashua.
Director of Business Development
Steve Lynch is the Director of Business Development at Macy Industries. At his previous employer, Steve helped grow the company from seven employees to over 300 employees. He is experienced in team building, software development, sheet metal, and CAD design. When not at work, he enjoys golfing, walking the dog and a great restaurant. Steve is most passionate about spending time with his wife, Daniele.
Curt Fitton is a Project Engineer/Estimator at Macy Industries, Inc. Curt leverages his engineering work experience in technical design and creating new products to help solve some of our customer’s toughest problems. Curt’s superior attention to detail and incredible CAD skills makes our engineering department surpass our competition. When not at work, Curt is most passionate about spending time with his family. He enjoys working around the house, relaxing by the pool, hanging with the dog, and a great restaurant.
John Shea is the Project Manager at Macy Industries. He utilizes his extensive hands-on experience in the HVAC and construction fields daily. John demonstrates his exemplary leadership skills by providing direction and clarity to team members with an emphasis on efficiency. With a proven track record of keeping our team on task and ensuring excellent project completion, John Shea is one of the many reasons why Macy’s HVAC department is second to none. When he’s not at work, John enjoys cooking creative meals for his family, fixing things around the house, golfing and other outdoor activities.
Technical Sales Director
Steve Korzyniowski, is Technical Sales Director of Macy Industries. Steve is the face of Macy and you can set up a meeting with this link: Steve’s work experience in professional management and engineering is ideal for Macy as evidenced by his ability to organize conversations and ideas into clear direction for our engineering team. He graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Masters in Business Administrations and obtained an Associates in Engineering from New Hampshire Technical Institute. Steve has many years of experience in mechanical engineering, product management and sales with large companies such as AT&T and Motorola as well as start-ups and smaller, more nimble companies such as Macy Industries. When not at work he enjoys building eclectic mechanical devices, composing music, honing his guitar skills, cooking great tasty food, chainsaw carving and living life on the Merrimack River.
