SYSTEM DESIGN SERVICES

Design services will start with a site visit where our technician will review your requirements and use that information to select the most appropriate and cost effective equipment for your application. Site evaluation will include a review of the manufacturing or service process producing dust, mist or fumes. This information combined with factors such as site measurements, access and local code requirements will determine the system design.

A clear and concise system proposal will then be presented to you. It will be priced to include all equipment and labor costs to help you understand the scope required to install a safe and effective dust or fume collection system.

INSTALLATION SERVICES

Once the system design is complete and approved by all involved organizations, Macy’s professional crew from our Dust Collector Services Group will coordinate with your team to schedule equipment installation. Macy’s project managers will procure equipment as needed and schedule delivery and installation accordingly.

Macy’s skilled craftsmen will leverage our a metal fabrication capabilities to custom fabricate an array of system components from duct branches and elbows, to custom designed ventilation hoppers, work stations, downdraft benches or tables. All components will be fabricated using the finest materials and then connected and integrated into high quality, efficient system.

Macy will coordinate with your electrician, roofer or other trades involved with the project to assure a smooth start-up and seamless integration with your manufacturing process.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Dust collection systems often run continuously to support ongoing manufacturing processes. This causes filters to become clogged as well as wear and tear on other components. Consistent, periodic maintenance is required to prevent system damage and keep your operations running smoothly without interruption.
