Nick Mercier
Chief Executive Officer
Nick Mercier, is the Chief Executive Officer of Macy Industries, Inc. Nick is the second generation of the Mercier family to lead and develop the family business. Nick spent his summers working at Macy until he graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2002 where he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. When not at work he enjoys outdoor actives such as car racing, riding motorcycles, skiing, and sailing. Nick is most passionate about spending time with his wife Amy and their three boys.
Matt Bravar
Vice President of Operations
Matt Bravar is the Vice President of Operations of Macy Industries, Inc. Matt plays a vital role at Macy and has been since 2003. Matt graduated from The University Of New Hampshire in 2002 with a mechanical engineering degree. When not at work, he enjoys outdoor actives such as hunting, fishing, and camping. Matt is most passionate about spending time with his family.
Cameron Armstrong
Project Manager/Engineer
Cameron Armstrong is a Project Manager at Macy Industries, Inc. Before graduating in 2021 with a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Maine, Cam worked in the field and gained valuable experience throughout summers at Macy. In his years of experience, he has honed his skills in CAD, customer relations, and onsite custom solutions. When not at work, he enjoys motorcycle racing, skiing, and spending time with his friends and family.
Curt Fitton
Project Engineer/Estimator
Curt Fitton is a Project Engineer/Estimator at Macy Industries, Inc. Curt leverages his engineering work experience in technical design and creating new products to help solve some of our customer’s toughest problems. Curt’s superior attention to detail and incredible CAD skills makes our engineering department surpass our competition. When not at work, Curt is most passionate about spending time with his family. He enjoys working around the house, relaxing by the pool, hanging with the dog, and a great restaurant.
CJ Ficek
Sales Manager
A NH native, CJ Ficek graduated from St. Paul’s School, a prestigious, college-preparatory boarding school in Concord, NH. CJ went on to earn a full scholarship to play Men’s Division I Ice Hockey at the University of New Hampshire and earn a Business Economics degree, with a minor in History. While a top student-athlete at UNH, CJ was fortunate to play in two NCAA D1 Men’s Frozen Four championships, including the ’99 National Championship game and was named a team captain for his senior year. Upon graduation, CJ played three years professionally in Europe, Germany before landing his first sales role with Nike. Outside of work, CJ is most passionate about family and enjoys spending time and taking trips together abroad.
